USAGE AND MAINTENANCE OF SANDSCAPE ART

1. Sandscape Mechanics: The balance of water, sand, and air is key to its functionality. The ideal air gap is approximately 5mm to ensure optimal sand flow.

   • If the sand flows too slowly: Remove some air.
   • If the sand flows too quickly: Add more air.

2. Adjustments with Changing Conditions: Variations in temperature and air pressure may require fine-tuning of air and water levels in the sandscape. (An air regulator is included in the package.)

   • Locate the small hole in the sandscape’s frame. Tilt the frame so the air gathers at the hole and the sand shifts away.
   • Use the air regulator to either add or remove air as needed.

3. Managing Bubbles and Evaporation: If excessive small or large bubbles appear, or if evaporation occurs, a small amount of water may need to be added.

   • Use only purified or cooled boiled water.
   • Tilt the frame, ensuring all sand has shifted away, remove some air, and fill the air regulator tube with water.
